People don't put sunscreen on because they think it may be a cooler day but the UV rays are still out and could be just as strong as a hot day. This is what also causes most sunburns. Tanning and Solariums is known to be good for health or well-being 50% of Australian adults still hold the belief that a tans looks healthy. Tanning is a sign showing to you have been exposed to enough UV radiation to damage your skin. This causes wrinkles, sagging and worst of all increases are chance on getting skin cancer. The best option if you want to get a tan but not harm your skin is to get a fake tan. It is not recommended to get a regular tan and as of December 31 2014 commerical tanning units will be banned in Victoria and similar provisions in New South Wales and South Australia.
